The service

Our Expenses helps you record business expenses and mileage and prepare reports. It is a tool, not tax or accounting advice. Rates and rules are applied as published by HMRC; please check anything you are unsure of with your accountant.

Your responsibilities

You check every figure before you save it, including anything read from a photo. You remain responsible for your own records and for what you claim and submit to HMRC. Keep the copies in your own Dropbox or Google Drive, or download your reports regularly.

Price

£15 a year including VAT, after a 30-day free trial. You can stop at any time; you can still download your records for 90 days after your plan ends.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the service running and your data safe and backed up. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
